Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to use of Rib Creative, including prompts, generated code, hosted apps, previews, exports, domains, storage, databases, connectors, payments, and any content or workflows created through the platform.

General rules

• Do not use Rib Creative to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or provider terms.
• Do not interfere with Rib Creative, its users, hosted apps, providers, infrastructure, or security.
• Do not misrepresent identity, affiliation, ownership, pricing, functionality, or payment terms.
• Do not use the platform to collect data without proper authority, notices, consents, and safeguards.

Abuse, malware, and platform misuse

You must not use Rib Creative to create, host, distribute, test, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, bot activity, account takeover, denial-of-service attacks, exploit delivery, evasion tools, malicious scraping, unauthorized scanning, or systems designed to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access controls.

AI and code generation misuse

You must not use AI-assisted features to generate code, instructions, data, or workflows intended to harm others, steal credentials, exfiltrate data, exploit vulnerabilities, evade detection, impersonate people or brands, automate fraud, or make regulated decisions in health, legal, credit, employment, safety-critical, or emergency contexts without a separate written agreement.

Payments and regulated activity

Payment features must not be used for prohibited, restricted, illegal, deceptive, sanctioned, or high-risk activity, including activity barred by Stripe's restricted business rules. This includes counterfeit goods, money laundering, chargeback evasion, unauthorized financial services, misleading subscriptions, illegal products, credential theft, or use of another party's payment account without authority.

Content and hosted apps

Hosted apps and published content must not infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, facilitate fraud, expose private data, promote illegal violence or exploitation, distribute unlawful sexual content, target children unlawfully, or deceive users about who operates the app, what it does, what it costs, or how their data is used.

Enforcement

Rib Creative may review, throttle, block, suspend, remove, unpublish, disable, preserve, or report content, apps, domains, accounts, connectors, payment features, exports, or workspaces when needed to protect users, providers, the platform, or the public.
