Terms of Service

Rib Creative provides an AI-assisted platform for creating, editing, exporting, hosting, publishing, and operating apps, internal tools, portals, websites, and related software projects. By using Rib Creative, you agree to these terms.

Platform access

Your subscription or workspace plan grants access to the platform features available to your account. Rib Creative does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, uptime, ranking, conversion, or any other commercial outcome from apps or content created with the platform.

  • You are responsible for the content, data, products, services, and workflows you create or publish.
  • You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable law.
  • Hosted apps may depend on third-party providers, including AI, payment, email, storage, analytics, database, authentication, and deployment services.
  • Charges for elapsed billing periods are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Rib Creative.

AI generation and project outputs

Rib Creative may use AI systems and third-party AI providers to process prompts, messages, files, project context, configuration, screenshots, logs, and other inputs you provide so the platform can generate, modify, explain, compile, test, or debug software and related content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, licensing, and validating all generated code, copy, designs, database schemas, workflows, and other outputs before relying on them or publishing them. You must not use Rib Creative for medical, legal, financial, emergency, employment, credit, critical infrastructure, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions without a separate written agreement that expressly permits that use.

Ownership, licenses, and no lock-in

As between you and Rib Creative, you keep the rights you have in your projects, prompts, uploaded content, app data, and generated outputs. Rib Creative keeps all rights in the Rib Creative platform, builder, templates, hosted runtime, connectors, orchestration systems, internal tools, design systems, documentation, infrastructure, and service improvements.

Rib Creative is designed so users can leave the platform with their project. When export features are available for your plan and project type, you may export the project files and run, modify, or host them outside Rib Creative, subject to any third-party licenses, provider terms, and dependencies included in or connected to the project. After export, you are responsible for external hosting, environment variables, secrets, databases, storage, email, payments, domains, deployment, maintenance, security patches, backups, and operating costs.

You grant Rib Creative a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, compile, preview, publish, export, run, display, and create technical artifacts from your projects and content as needed to operate the platform, provide support, secure the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law. This license does not transfer ownership of your project to Rib Creative.

Publishing, hosting, and domains

If you publish or preview an app through Rib Creative infrastructure, you authorize Rib Creative to host, serve, cache, build, route, index, monitor, and display the app, its assets, logs, thumbnails, metadata, and public URLs as needed to provide the hosted service. Rib Creative may provide subdomains, preview URLs, custom domain routing, SSL configuration, storage, database, authentication, email, and other hosted runtime features as part of the platform.

Rib Creative may suspend, unpublish, remove, redirect, limit, or block access to projects, previews, hosted apps, domains, connectors, or accounts when we believe it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, third-party provider requirements, platform integrity, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Public apps must not be used for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, fraud, unlawful products or services, intellectual property infringement, or deceptive collection of personal or financial data.

Workspaces, teams, and authority

Workspace owners and authorized admins may manage members, roles, billing, projects, deployments, domains, exports, connected providers, secrets, and integrations. Actions taken by workspace owners, admins, or users with granted permissions may bind the workspace, including publishing projects, connecting Stripe, connecting GitHub or other services, deleting projects, changing plans, or incurring usage-based charges.

Integrations, OAuth, and secrets

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Rib Creative to access, store, use, and exchange the tokens, scopes, metadata, files, repositories, databases, storage buckets, payment resources, and other connected data permitted by that integration so we can provide the requested feature. Third-party services may change, fail, suspend access, revoke tokens, or apply their own terms and fees.

You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the secrets you configure, and the data you sync into or out of Rib Creative. Do not paste passwords, private keys, production secrets, regulated data, or sensitive personal data into prompts or project files unless you are authorized to do so and accept the operational risk of that use.

Billing, credits, and hosted resources

Plans, credits, top-ups, hosted resources, build minutes, AI usage, storage, bandwidth, database usage, runtime services, and other metered features may have limits, quotas, expiration rules, overage charges, or separate pricing. Rib Creative may throttle, queue, pause, disable, or require payment for features when limits are reached, payment fails, risk is detected, or a workspace violates these terms.

Payments and Stripe configuration

Rib Creative may let workspace owners and project owners configure their own Stripe account keys so hosted apps can accept payments. Customer funds flow through the merchant's own Stripe account and Stripe configuration. Rib Creative does not collect an application fee on those user-app payments at this time.

Merchants are responsible for the products and services they sell, customer support, order fulfillment, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, compliance, and all obligations connected to their payment activity, except where Stripe expressly assumes responsibility under its own terms. Stripe may require verification, restrict an account, hold funds, request additional information, or refuse service.

Users who configure Stripe are also subject to Stripe's applicable terms. Rib Creative may suspend, disable, or limit payments, checkout, or connector access for risk, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, Stripe requirements, or violations of these terms. Disclaimers and responsibility

Rib Creative is provided as a software platform and hosted infrastructure service. Except where required by law or agreed in a separate written contract, the service, generated outputs, hosted apps, exports, templates, connectors, and third-party integrations are provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or error-free operation.

You are responsible for your projects, customer relationships, legal notices, privacy notices, security, accessibility, licenses, open-source compliance, taxes, regulated activity, and end-user support. You also represent that you have the rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for the content, data, brands, images, code, files, and third-party services you use with Rib Creative.
