Copyright, IP, and Takedown Policy
Rib Creative respects intellectual property rights and responds to reports involving hosted apps, previews, domains, assets, generated content, and projects that may infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contracts, or other legal rights.
What to include in a report
- Your name, organization, email address, and authority to act for the rights owner.
- The exact URL, project, domain, app, asset, or content you are reporting.
- A description of the protected work, mark, data, or right you believe is being violated.
- A clear explanation of why the reported material is unauthorized or unlawful.
- Any registration numbers, screenshots, source links, or supporting documents that help review.
- A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
Review and action
Rib Creative may remove, disable, restrict, preserve, or unpublish reported material when appropriate. We may also forward reports to the workspace owner, connected provider, host, payment processor, registrar, authority, or affected user when needed to review or resolve the issue.
Counter-notices and disputes
If your content was removed and you believe the report was mistaken or unauthorized, contact us with the removed URL, your contact information, your explanation, and supporting evidence. Rib Creative may restore, keep disabled, or require further information depending on the legal basis, provider requirements, and risk.
Repeat infringers and abuse
Rib Creative may terminate or restrict accounts, workspaces, apps, domains, or payment features associated with repeated infringement, abusive takedown reports, fraudulent impersonation, illegal goods, phishing, malware, or other policy violations.
